LJ STEAM and Sound Explorations believe that the arts provide an accessible and emotionally powerful means of communication. While Sound Explorations has focused specifically on using music as a form of communication, LJ STEAM has an expanded vision to include the visual arts, literature, poetry, dance, theater and music. Recently, LJ STEAM and Sound Explorations have formed a partnership, recognizing the synergy of their mission to use the arts as a means to communicate important scientific concepts, ideas and findings to children and the general public.
